Developing In-house Training ProvisionWe are a City & Guilds Approved Centre for the 7300 Introduction to Trainer Skills, 6317 TAQA and 7303 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) courses, and this means that we have satisfied their rigorous quality standards. These courses are an excellent alternative to non certificated 'train the trainer’ courses. Our other courses include those under Engineering, Oil & Gas, Management, Health and Safety and Generalist like Coaching and Mentoring. We also 'tailor' the content of courses or design new training programmes to suit the client's needs. We have vast experience in the design of competence frameworks and training programmes including interactive CD-ROM and blended learning. Setting Up Accredited Training CentresRecently we have worked in partnership with Peru LNG, where we operated an exemplary internationally accredited local training program for a natural gas export project that will support economic growth in Peru, for what will be the largest foreign direct investment in the country's history. Early in the development of the PERU LNG project, a local Operations Training Program for national Peruvian employees was conceived to transfer knowledge to national employees for operational positions.
