Roger Grice Associates gains IOSH accreditation - 12th August 2009

Roger Grice Associates has successfully gained accreditation with IOSH the world''s biggest body for health and safety professionals. Already a City & Guilds approved training centre, this accreditation follows on the back of the recent opening of our new training facilities in Talbot Green.

IOSH is Europe''s leading body for health and safety professionals. As an independent and not-for-profit organisation, they aim to regulate and steer the profession, maintaining standards and providing impartial, authoritative guidance on health and safety issues.

We will be running both the Working Safely and Managing Safely courses from our new training centre based in Talbot Green.

Working Safely is a one-day course for staff from any sector with no supervisory or managerial responsibility. It provides grounding in the essentials of health and safety and gives everyone at work should have an understanding of why they must ‘work safely’ and this course offers exactly that. Working Safely introduces a completely new approach to health and safety training and offers all the basics in a high impact interactive package.

Managing Safely is a course for managers and supervisors in any sector and any organisation. It’s designed to give managers all they need to know to help them handle health and safety in their teams. The flexible new high impact programme covers all the main health and safety issues, and includes a session tackling the environment too.
