The consultancy is based in the rural village of Usk in Monmouthshire, Wales where we have training facilities for small groups, however we are prepared to offer our services at the clients premises or any suitable location both in the UK and abroad. The Associates of our company have many years of experience working in industry, commerce and overseas and appreciate the need to understand the culture of both the organisation and the country they will be working in. This experience includes Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Equatorial Guinea.

Eur Ing Roger Grice MSc BA (Hons) PGCE. Dip Ed. C.Eng. MIET. FCIPD. CMIOSH. F.I.Plant.E
Roger Grice is a Chartered Electrical Engineer, a Registered Health and Safety Practitioner and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD; and has an MSc in Training and Performance Management. His career has included College senior management and fifteen years working with oil and gas companies like Shell, ARAMCO and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company as internal consultant and training expert. He has worked in the Middle East, the Far East, and West Africa.
He is an accomplished facilitator of learning and an expert in the field of competence development, particularly where industrial personnel are concerned. He has successfully introduced innovative business initiatives which have helped solve his client’s problems and proved themselves to be extremely cost effective.
Areas of personal expertise include Competence Profiling and Career Laddering, Coach and Mentor training, Electrical Safety, and Risk Assessment.

Eric Jones BSc. PGCE. AMIGasE. MIIE. (Grad) MISM. MIEEE
A very experienced engineer with considerable training expertise which has been gained within the Royal Air Force and the oil and gas industry of the UK, Middle East, South America and Africa. His training and education experience includes Technical Authorship of industrial training modules; and for his work in promoting links with industry he was recently awarded a Fellowship from the Association of Science in Education. In addition as a qualified UK lecturer he was responsible for the development of modular based training material for Further Education and the Post Graduate Certificate of Education.
Eric specialises in Instrumentation and Electronics, particularly for oil and gas industry but also has great depth of understanding and skills in mentoring and continuing professional development for Engineers. He is adept in the development of programmes in these areas and as a qualified NVQ Assessor is able to determine the competence of Technicians, Operators and Engineers within the relevant disciplines.

Paul is a qualified educator with over 30 years experience in mechanical, electrical & electronic engineering training and education, working with colleges and universities. He is an experienced facilitator of bespoke training and development programs for industry which will ensure that your organisations objectives and desired outcomes are met. In particular he has extensive knowledge of the application of blended learning to achieve development of technical competence within industrial situations requiring an innovative solution to overcome the problems of shift work and lean manufacturing techniques.

Samuel H.Hay MBA. MA. BA
Sam has over 30 years experience in education and training, which included designing and executing marketing plans for the startup of new business ventures and preparing graduate students for graduate school admission exams. His early career saw him teaching at Appalachian State University and Indiana University, both in the USA. Later he was employed as a consultant at the Kenan-Flagler School of Business, University of North Carolina; at this time he was involved with MBA students and workshop sessions with employees from IBM, Northern Telecom and Glaxo Wellcome.
Since 1995 he has principally been employed as a Management Trainer/Consultant with companies that included Saudi Arabian Oil Company (ARAMCO) , SCECO, ADGAS, ADMA, ADCO, GASCO, Qatar Petroleum. Qatargas, Oman Refinery etc. His professional qualifications include certified Zengler-Miller (Achieve Global) facilitator, Covey Leadership Center facilitator of 'First Things First' and 'Seven habits of Highly Effective People'

Elizabeth Grice BSc. Cert Ed.
Elizabeth has many years teaching experience and has acted as mentor for newly qualified teachers both in the UK and the Middle East. In addition her experience includes class assessment and quality audits for teaching establishments; mentoring adults as part of a university community project and co-ordination of an Adult Education Centre. Her overseas teaching experience includes Brunei, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
