Eric Jones BSc. PGCE. AMIGasE. MIIE. (Grad) MISM. MIEEE

A very experienced engineer with considerable training expertise, which has been gained within the Royal Air Force and the Oil and Gas industry of the UK, Middle East, South America and Africa. His training and education experience includes Technical Authorship of industrial training modules; and for his work in promoting links with industry. He was recently awarded a Fellowship from the Association of Science in Education.

In addition as a qualified UK lecturer he was responsible for the development of modular based training material for Further Education and the Post Graduate Certificate of Education.

Eric specialises in Instrumentation and Electronics, particularly for oil and gas industry but also has great depth of understanding and skills in mentoring and continuing professional development for Engineers. He is adept in the development of programmes in these areas and as a qualified NVQ Assessor is able to determine the competence of Technicians, Operators and Engineers within the relevant disciplines.
