Profile Joan has considerable experience as a managing consultant in a variety of industries including oil & gas, IT and petrochemicals. Joan's work has taken him around the world and he has worked in Romania, Baltic States, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Greece, France, the Netherlands, etc.... His early career saw him work as a consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in his native France. Joan then worked in the telecommunications industry as a Project Manager for Lyonnaise Cable where he coordinated cross functional working groups (marketing, sales, IT and technology) and managed projects to align organisation with the new image and identity of the firm. Later he was employed at Arthur Andersen as a Managing Consultant and enabled an internet provider to become the market leader in broadband access. Joan then worked as Head of Processes and Organisation in the publishing industry for PagesJaunes where he led strategic transformation projects. For the last 5 years, Joan has worked as an Independent Managing Consultant, restructuring business processes and strategies in a range of industries, most notably in the Middle East and Eastern Europe in the energy sector, and across Russia and Europe in the real estate and IT sector. Joan has also undertaken sales development support and investment case preparation in the automotive and IT industries. As an international professional, he has a result oriented mindset and is able to communicate efficiently with top executives, middle managers or line workers, for overall benefit of his clients.
