Performance Metrics Short Training Course - Call us on +44 (0) 1443 223544 or Contact Us - 1 Day

These courses are designed for delivery to organisations (worldwide).

Introduction

There is a well known adage “what gets measured gets done”; the use of appropriate metrics facilitates the monitoring of business functions as we can measure the various system inputs and outputs. There is increasing use of shared services in both the public and private sectors as it is seen as a way of reducing operating costs and improving business efficiency and effectiveness.

Clearly it is very important that it can be shown that the new measures introduced have led to an improvement in overall efficiency together with increased client satisfaction with the new shared service provision.

This course/workshop will assist delegates in deciding which metrics are the most suitable for their organisation. It is facilitated by a an instructor who has in-depth experience of implementing HR shared services at corporate level for a major international oil company and delegates will benefit from his experience in the use of metrics for shared service provision in large organisations.
