2) Analyse problems according to the stakeholders who may be affected by the problem or by its solution
3) Set work priorities so that important problems take precedence over the unimportant 
4) Identify the causes of problems and then group these causes in fishbone diagrams and time lines
5) Set workable objectives for solving identified problems, based on practical considerations of environmental and human constraints
6) Generate alternative solutions and select the best solution or combination of solutions available
7) Understand the importance of approaching the problem-solving process with an attitude of creativity and initiative
8) Make decisions based on logical analysis
9) Understand the difference between assertive and aggressive behavior and focus on developing an assertive interpersonal style
10) Approach problem solving and decision making proactively instead of reactively, taking initiative to anticipate problems and creatively arrive at solutions
